This photo shoot for Lee Riders was produced in Malibu, California. I art directed the shoot from start to finish, collaborating with a team of people including: associate creative director, producer, photographer, stylist, talent agencies, hair/makeup, brand managers, etc. I created concept boards for the look and feel and worked closely with my team to execute the brand vision. The final assets were used across multiple platforms for both print and digital.

As an Art Director for Lee Jeans, I worked on several digital campaigns. The design assets shown here were created for various projects for social, email and online.
This packaging was designed while at Lee Jeans. The Brand Department needed a way to send product, in an elevated way, to potential Buyers, Social Influencers and PR Managers. I collaborated with the Writer to pull words from Lee’s brand statement and heritage pieces in order to create the original typography pattern printed in varnish on the front. A pocket was created on the inside lid of the box to hold print materials and personal messaging. I was responsible for concept, lettering and design execution.
Authentic. Sexy. Lee Denim Story. This was a project that was very fun to art direct. The photography assets were used for brand building; focused on Lee’s denim heritage and innovation. I was responsible for all aspects of producing the shoot.

These t-shirt graphics were created for the Lee Wrangler outlet stores. Pulling inspiration from Lee’s heritage and archival product, I designed these to have a modern vintage feel. I was responsible for concept, lettering, design and print production.
While working at the Buckle, I attended on-location photoshoots in California, Maine and Mexico. As Assistant Art Director, I worked closely with the Creative Director to produce photography assets used for in-store signage, print ads, packaging and digital. Shown here are look books I designed with assets from those location shoots.
Also shown here is an annual report that was a project I completed after leaving the Buckle, while freelancing full time as Brickhouse Studio. I was responsible for concept, design, collaborating with a writer and overseeing the final production and delivery. The project was on time and on budget.
Several sales materials, using infographics, were designed for YRC Freight. I worked closely with the Marketing Manager to concept and design various materials for both print and digital needs.

This was an interior integration project I completed for YRC Freight. The internal marketing department was asked to update and refresh their building by adding brand graphics throughout, for an upcoming event.
My role was to work closely with the Marketing Director at YRC Freight to solve the project initiative. After kickoff, I presented concepts that showed how imagery, color and typography could be integrated throughout the building to help bring the brand to life. I led the project, from concept through execution, working with the internal marketing team to stay on budget and meet deadlines. I created initial concepts, executed all design and worked with an outside vendor to produce and install the displays. Signage and wall graphics were added to a new Hall of Fame area, a territory map and awards display were added to the front lobby and other signage and wall graphics were added as well.

While working at Netchemia as their Art Director, I developed a more cohesive look and feel for the TalentEd software brand. At the time, there were three different software products living under the TalentEd platform. When I was hired at this digital startup company, the TalentEd brand was all over the place. During my time there, I developed a comprehensive logo system, brand color palette and added photography to the brand which created an authentic storytelling element. The brand story was applied to both print and digital work, some of which is shown here.
These catalogs were created while working at Demdaco. I oversaw the entire project which consisted of 5 print catalogs + an iPad sales solution. Prior to my art direction, Demdaco’s look was inconsistent and hard to use. I was tasked with bringing the collections together under one consistent look for the brand.
I was responsible for the creative direction of photography (both individual product shots and hero shots), planning and collaborating with product teams, working with print vendors, managing budgets, and directing a team of designers to execute the final production of print and digital solutions.
The results: More storytelling, through photography, to help each unique collection come to life. A cohesive feel for the catalogs to hold together under one brand through consistency of layout, copy tone, photography, and use of color blocking. And, a digital translation of the catalogs to create an easy-to-use sales tool that worked well alongside the print catalogs.
This was a project created for Lidia’s local restaurant for their annual Tomato Dinner. They needed to have promotional materials designed that could print locally and be posted digitally by themselves in order to save costs. I worked closely with the Marketing Director to concept, design and execute production on the look and feel for the event.

This feminine card collection was designed for Hallmark cards as a freelance project. Each card needed to be strong enough to stand on its own, yet hold together as a family/set. I was responsible for taking the initial idea “Gold Flitter Florals” and expanding on the look and feel. I designed these cards, planned the process and format for each, and executed the final production files.

This project was a branding project I worked on while at Tonic Advertising. The art collaboration, called Studios, was being developed in the Crossroads area. They were looking for us to create the look and feel of the brand. This direction was one of many presented. I was responsible for the concept, design, illustration and mockups for the presentation. The project shifted directions and was dropped prior to final execution.
